There’s nothing better than relaxing outside on a hot day, munching on delicious summer treats. Here are a few of my favorites and how to make them.

Popsicle Mold (like this one)
Popsicle Sticks (If your mold doesn’t come with them)
Pour a small amount of lemonade into each mold. Add the blueberries (and whatever other fruit you would like) and the popsicle sticks and freeze overnight or until completely solid.

Toppings (optional) – nuts, sprinkles, etc.
Start by cutting the bottom of the banana off so it is flat and place the popsicle halfway through the banana. Freeze for 1 hour.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or a double boiler.
Then, dip the banana into the chocolate until completely covered and rest it on wax paper. Add toppings now. Freeze overnight or until completely frozen.
