Interests: I love indulging in a good read, especially books by great British authors (So proud that J.K. Rowling is British… did you know original English versions of Harry Potter are actually “translated” into American English here? I refuse to read the American prints!) I also enjoy learning about new cool ways to be eco-friendly and telling all my friends about it!

Favorite Music:

I enjoy everything — of course, I love Brit rocks, like Franz Ferdinand, Muse, and Coldplay. I also love my fellow Brits Mika, Adele, and Lily Allen (her music, not her drama!).

Favorite TV Shows:

American Idol (might I remind you guys it started as a British show, Pop Idol), The Suite Life on Deck (Especially London — ha!), and Sonny with a Chance

 

Favorite Movies:

I’m secretly a sucker for sappy flicks like Love Actually, Notting Hill, and About a Boy (and it’s no coincidence they’re all based in London!). And I even loved the British part of Lindsay Lohan’s The Parent Trap.

 

Favorite Books:

J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter series (especially Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire…love Cedric Diggory) and anything by Roald Dahl (there I go, being so Brit again, but it doesn’t get any better than Charlie and the Chocolate Factory!) and I must admit I love reading anything ever written about Prince Harry (I’d make such a good princess!)
