I feel like all I ever want to eat is dessert. Chocolate cake, cookie dough ice cream, cherry pie! YUM! I’m getting hungry just thinking about it. All of these desserts are ok to eat – occasionally. But, it’s important to have balance in what you eat. So, I have found some great, HEALTHY recipes for delicious desserts!

1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup almond milk
Melt the chocolate chips and milk in a double boiler.
Then, pour a little bit into a muffin tray and freeze for 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, smash the banana. When the chocolate cups are done in the freezer, add a little banana and cover with more chocolate.
Freeze until solid.
Angel Food Cupcakes

1 Box of Angel Food Cake Mix
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Follow directions on Angel Food cake mix box.
Add batter into cupcake tray and bake for 8 minutes.
Top with Cool Whip and strawberries and enjoy!

6 oz Mori-Nu Silken-Firm Tofu
1/2 tsp Cocoa Powder
3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Milk
1/16 tsp Salt
Melt the chocolate and blend everything together in a blender (works best with a Magic Bullet). Enjoy!
