Fruit Infused Water
Water is such an important part of our daily nutrition, so it’s important to drink as much of it as possible. While it’s not the tastiest beverage, I have discovered a new way to pump it up and make it as delicious as a smoothie!
To make fruit infused water, all you have to do is fill a pitcher with water, add slices of your favorite fruits and let it sit over night . In the morning, you will have the fruitiest drink ever! Here are some great fruit combos to try out:
1. Orange and Blueberry
2. Honeydew and Raspberry
3. Peaches, Blackberries and Blueberries
4. Kiwi and Strawberries
